Danny is the best!! I came in with a wreck of nails and bleeding cuticles from prior damage and my own picking habits… I wanted to try a Russian manicure and builder gel for the first time. Danny spend 2 hours and 45 min on my nails and the entire time talked me through all of the steps and the ways to help me get healthier fingers. One thing that stood out to me was that as he was doing my nails he kept discussing and analyzing how to keep making improvements with my next appointments! Excellent customer service all around!

My daughter and I continue to like our visits to 12 Nail Lounge. The place is very clean and pleasingly decorated. Staff members are cordial and do high quality pedicures and manicures. I will return.
